Recruiter, Talent Manager
Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing roles including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for operational positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive intelligence within the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles within the manufacturing sector (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates for hard-to-fill technical and skilled trade positions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and the specific skill sets required for various roles.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or terminology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CNC).
- Experience with high-volume recruiting for skilled trades or production roles.
- Certification in recruiting (e.g., CIR, CDR) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP).
