HR Manager, Talent Manager
Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, skill development, and compliance.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage structures and shift differentials.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
- Lead initiatives for workplace safety, including incident investigation and worker's compensation management.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies for a production workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, safety regulations (OSHA), and compliance best practices for manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience with labor relations, collective bargaining, and grievance resolution.
- Ability to drive HR initiatives that support operational efficiency and productivity goals.
- Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and environmental compliance.
- Prior experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- HRIS implementation and optimization experience within a manufacturing setting.
