Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Oversee the timely and efficient resolution of equipment breakdowns, minimizing production downtime and impact.
- Manage the maintenance budget, control spare parts inventory, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and support new equipment installations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with advanced CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM) for strategic asset management.
- Certification or proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience managing capital improvement projects.
- Hands‑on experience or strong understanding of PLC programming, industrial automation, and robotics.
