Operations Manager - Kentwood Area

Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality control procedures.
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs to achieve financial objectives.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow and inventory management.

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production planning and control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development and performance.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management, cost optimization, and achieving operational KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing projects
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics) in a manufacturing context
