• Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to propose and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for continuous improvement tools and techniques to build organizational capability.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engagement, problem-solving, and accountability at all levels.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement projects, reporting on progress and sustained results.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities and process optimization initiatives.
• Standardize best practices and processes across production lines to ensure consistency and maximize gains.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent) with a proven track record of leading successful improvement projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, 5S, Standard Work, SMED) and their practical application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and sustainable results.

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) in a manufacturing context.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics software.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs.
