Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery targets.

• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure products meet specified standards.
• Optimize resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor, to control costs and maximize output.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational processes.

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Commitment to quality control and workplace safety standards.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
