* Job Summary:

** Level I Press Operators are responsible for assisting Level II, III & IV Press Operators with the production of a quality product, increasing efficiency during set-up and change-over.
*
* Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Handle the delivery and return of dies, print cylinders & inks.
* Mount plates for flexographic presses, staging two or more jobs in advance.
* Mix inks needed for upcoming jobs.
* Complete press double-checks as needed.
* Keep presses running during breaks.
* Be agile, moving to where the work is if necessary and as directed by the Production Supervisor.
* Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.
* Work with pre-production individuals as a team, and with respect.
* Effectively and efficiently manage time.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
* Press Operators must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency.
* Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
* Must be 18 years of age or older###
