Key Essential Functions/Duties
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables using inventory management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials.
- Issue parts to maintenance and production personnel as needed.
- Track usage and reorder parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Assist in sourcing alternative parts or suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain organized and clean parts storage areas.
- Support maintenance planning by ensuring parts availability for scheduled work.
- Generate inventory and usage reports for management review.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
