Purpose:

Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness.
** Key Essential Functions/Duties:
*** Safely unload bulk materials.
* Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
* Inspect incoming materials for quality, temperature, and contamination risks.
* Accurately record receiving data in inventory management systems.
* Tag and label received materials according to company protocols.
* Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate departments.
* Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of receiving areas and equipment.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
* Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse operations.
