Maker's Pride, Kentwood, Michigan, is seeking a Production Team Lead for second shift (2:30PM–11:00PM, Mon-Fri) with every other weekend. You will oversee pre-op and tear-down, coordinate line setup, review schedules and product specs, and lead 12–40 teammates to meet quality and efficiency goals.
You’ll train staff, enforce safety, and document line activities, while communicating clearly with supervisors and workers. Multi-shift production may be noisy and variable; flexibility is essential.
