Purpose:

Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness.
** Key Essential Functions/Duties:
*** Facilitate and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools.
* Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
* Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
* Train and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
* Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements.
* Support the development and deployment of standard work, visual management, and performance metrics.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, communication, and recognition.
* Collaborate with leadership to align CI initiatives with strategic goals and KPIs.
* Maintain documentation and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
** Education/Experience/Skills/

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering.
* Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
* Experience with CI tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, and PDCA.
* Proficiency in data analysis and project management software.
