Core responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, refrigeration systems, and building equipment.

Execute and document a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program.

Support production, assembly, packaging, and warehouse operations with responsive maintenance.

Identify and implement improvements to processes and equipment to cut downtime.

Order and manage parts to sustain critical inventory levels.

Perform facility modifications, painting, and cleaning to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Follow all safety procedures and GMPs; other duties as assigned.

Work environment

This is a fully hands-on role with 100% on-the-floor presence across the production floor, maintenance shop, and outdoor areas.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Your background

Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Electrical systems diagnostics and repair; strong electrical troubleshooting.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
