CNC Grinder | Direct Hire| $22-27/hr. based on skills and experience| Grand Rapids, MI | Day shift:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm - 10 hours of OT each week

• Setting up and operating CNC grinding machines with precision and efficiency
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspecting finished parts for quality and accuracy using precision measurement tools
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet production goals
• Adhering to all company safety standards and protocols

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Bring 2–5 years of experience operating CNC grinding equipment
• Are skilled with measurement tools and quality control processes
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effective and enjoy collaborating in a team setting
