Do you enjoy switching between CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and multi-spindle screw machines?

Can you read prints, schematics, and diagrams to plan the best machining approach?

Do you verify parts with precision gauges and measuring instruments and adjust on the fly?

Are you comfortable maintaining and repairing shop equipment to keep production on track?

What You’ll DoOperate and monitor both manual and automated machinery to manufacture precision parts and instruments.

Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments on CNC lathes, CNC mills, grinding machines, and multi-spindle screw machines.

Interpret technical documentation (blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and work orders) to execute operations correctly.

Measure completed work pieces to confirm dimensional accuracy using calibrated metrology tools.

Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machine tools and associated equipment.

Shifts and Hours Day shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.Night shift:
Sunday night–Friday morning, about 8:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.50-hour workweeks
