** What's in it for you:
*** The Production Team Lead role is responsible for building engineered HVAC units and ensuring their production assembly cell is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.
* The Production Team Lead provides effective training to the department employees and ensures safety and quality standards are always maintained.
*
* What you will do:

*** Responsible to build engineered HVAC equipment utilizing equipment, standard work processes, work content for a specified area and lead a work cell
* Promote and adhere to LEAN guidelines.
* Is responsible for maintaining his/her team build standards and to work with other teams to accomplish this.
* Follows the standards and processes set for that specific station.
* Documents daily activities by completing takt tracker, station boards, and other standard documents as necessary
* Turns in all required paperwork and reporting in a timely manner.
* Effectively works with purchasing and materials personnel.
* Assists with initiatives as needed, helping to improve the business.
* Works closely with other technicians, other team leads, engineering, quality and safety teams in a team environment, offering insight, status information, and other support as needed.
* Attends, contributes to, and/or leads meetings with team members and management as needed.
* Follows company standards for build, quality, values and behaviors
* Follows company safety policies.
* Demonstrate positive and proactive behavior.
* Demonstrate good leadership skills, including communicating effectively with others.
* Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
* Flexibility to occasionally work in other company departments when needed.
** What you will bring:
*** Manufacturing leadership experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
* Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to use a tape measure.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Valid driver's license.
