We are seeking a mechanically and electrically skilled, detail-oriented Production Technical Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for the precise assembly of high-frequency drives and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading technical schematics and ensuring that all production outputs meet our quality and efficiency standards.

• Proven experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing trade.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools with precision and safety.
