Classroom/Apprentice Curriculum Company PAID Classes at Grand Rapids Community College Advanced Tech Center will start this Fall. However, can start working immediately or after high school.

Machinery’s HandbookSPCJob Responsibilities Operation of various machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.

Support experienced machinists in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance machining skills and knowledge.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machining equipment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of machining processes and tools is preferred but not required.
