Scope of Work

A Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality remote patient care through technology, such as electronic health records, phone, and video calls. This role involves working collaboratively with an interprofessional team to provide comprehensive care using remote technology, including patient assessments, interventions, education, and follow-up. The RN utilizes evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions, ensuring coordinated, high quality, and fiscally accountable care across various settings while also addressing safety and effectiveness.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (must be obtained within 5 years for candidates starting on or after March 1, 2026).
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.
• Five years of relevant experience in ED/ICU, outpatient physician practice, telehealth triage, or another relevant specialty.
• Michigan RN license upon hire.

Care Center Breton, 4600 Breton Rd SE, Kentwood, Michigan.

Employment Type:

Full time;
Shift: Night (variable) – 11:00p.m. to 7:00a.m.;
Weekly scheduled hours: 36.

Work Days:
Variable;
Weekend frequency:
Every other weekend.
