Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of materials and products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and quality data accurately in specified systems.
- Utilize and maintain various precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Assist in the investigation of root causes for non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
- Conduct product and process audits to verify compliance with established quality procedures.
- Support the calibration program by tracking equipment status and ensuring tools are within calibration dates.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality issues and promote a culture of quality awareness.
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with data collection, basic statistical analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and manufacturing processes.
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification.
- Experience with CMM programming and operation.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Experience participating in or conducting internal quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
