• Interacting with guests both inside the restaurant or outside in the drive thru
• Preparing and packaging food safely, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high level of quality standards
• Keeping work areas and customer areas neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Working safely around equipment and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to leadership immediately
• Adhering to strict food safety standards and general safety standards
• Maintaining personal knowledge of proper procedures and keeping up-to-date on new product procedures
• Accurately preparing and packaging food for catering and in-store orders
• Maintaining a high level of customer service, product quality and consistency
• Following industry-leading sanitation and safety procedures
• Working with fellow team members to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
• Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front of house and kitchen staffs
• Carrying out instructions given by the leadership team and Operator
• Modeling the Restaurant's Core Values and mission in all activities

• Full time or part time position available
• Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, with two of those days including Friday & Saturday
• Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week
• No Experience Necessary:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but are not limited to, standing and walking continuously for up to ten hours and lifting up to 50lbs
• Able to work outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude, warm personality, and love for smiling and connecting with people
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, respectful, and a strong work ethic
• Able to multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Willing to give best effort at all times
