The cafe associates provide fast and friendly service, prepare food orders, and create a warm, member-focused environment in the cafe.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, communicate effectively with team members, and adapt to business needs across areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future and seasonal production, adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, manage cold chain and inventory, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; operate handheld technology to make decisions about production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions and needs, handle payments, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as a brand advocate, inspire teamwork, and help others work in a respectful, supportive style.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply the Open Door Policy in daily operations.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  Must be 18 years of age or older. You acknowledge completing required trainings and assessments if you are offered the position.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Food Service experience;
  Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

The role is part-time with responsibilities aligned to cafe operations and member service in a retail setting.
