Analyzes sales reports and KPIs and partners with Store Manager to execute in-store business and sales strategies;
Oversees payroll and budget controls, scheduling, shrink audits, inventory, opening/closing duties, time-sheet review, and merchandise flow processes;
Ensures cash handling, price changes, and merchandise handling comply with policy; trains associates on controls;
Manages inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment, and physical inventories; maintains visual presentation and store facilities;
Develops a high-performance culture; trains and coaches selling team on product knowledge and omnichannel experience;
Leads recruitment, hiring, development, and coaching of store team; collaborates with Store Manager on HR issues and employee engagement
