Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience with CRM software and outbound calling strategies.

Duties
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads from current customer database
  • Generate and close sales leads
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Sales Pad, Hub Spot
  • Research, identify and prospect for new customers
  • Present our company to potential prospects
  • Set up meetings and appointments
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Support the sales team in building new business relationships and expanding existing accounts
  • Track and report on outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline development
Skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Sales pad, Hub Spot or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
  • Business development acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Effective at working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contacts and follow-ups

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Sales experience to establish and meet sales goals
  • Lead generation and business development skills to identify and engage prospective clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in the cabinetry, furniture, or hardware industries is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary $45,000-$50,000
