Apartment Maintenance Technician – Full Time – Year Round

Location:

River Oaks Apartments, Kentwood, Michigan.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on‑call rotation 1 week every 6 weeks
• Snow removal when needed

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
• $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, DOE
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
• On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
