Part-time Clerk

We are hiringa short-term, part-time Clerk supporting one of our industrial clients during a period of transition. The role provides essential coverage at the shipping/receiving area, handling package intake, check-in, and general front-line support for daily facility needs. It's a hands-on position within an active warehouse environment, ideal for someone dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable balancing simple clerical tasks with light physical activity.

The assignment is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks, likely through the end of the year.

• Management of package intake and check-in using an online receiving system
• Greeting drivers and visitors at shipping/receiving
• Coordination of incoming UPS/Fed Ex deliveries
• Maintenance of basic cleanliness in the warehouse including picking up trash monitoring walkways, and spreading rock salt during bad weather
• Support of minor warehouse tasks as needed
• Completion of additional clerical or facility-related tasks as assigned
• Approximately 80% clerical duties and 20% light warehouse support

• Preferred schedule is 4 hours per day, Wednesday-Friday, ideally 10:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-3:00pm.
• $18/hour.

• Ability to work reliably in a part-time schedule
• Comfort in an industrial/warehouse environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform light physical tasks including walking the warehouse area and handling small packages
• Ability to follow directions and maintain a clean and safe workspace
