The Keokuk Community School District is looking for a highly motivated teaching professional responsible for developing the intellectual, social/emotional, and physical needs of the students in the music classroom to enhance student learning, promote overall effectiveness of the school system, and maximize the educational opportunities available to each child.
Responsibilities- Develop the intellectual, social/emotional, and physical needs of students in the music classroom to enhance learning.
- Follow the organizational pattern established for the school and create an environment favorable for learning, personal growth, and care.
- Establish positive working relationships with parents and other staff members.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment as part of a team.
- Perform all duties required of teachers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid and current Iowa teaching license.
- Current endorsement, or ability to obtain one conditionally.
