As Assistant Principal, you'll work alongside the Building Principal to foster a culture where students and staff thrive.

You'll:

• Inspire high expectations for academic achievement, positive behavior, and student growth.
• Support teachers through coaching, collaboration, evaluation, and professional development.
• Recruit and retain outstanding educators who share a passion for student success.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
• Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming school climate where everyone belongs.
• Use data to support student achievement and continuous school improvement.
• Assist with student attendance, scheduling, and daily school operations.
• Implement district policies with fairness, consistency, and integrity.
• Connect students and families with the resources they need to succeed.
• Collaborate with staff to strengthen instruction and improve student outcomes.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the school and district.
• Help lead initiatives that prepare every student for future success.
