Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm; 3:30pm-12:00am (Mon‑Fri)

• Support daily production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Set up and operate machinery used in gear production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect parts using precision tools.
• Monitor production output and document results accurately.

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience in gear manufacturing or precision machining is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Basic math skills are required, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurements; calculating tolerances and dimensions; and converting units as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
