NTCC is seeking a lead pastor who will be responsible for positively and intentionally affecting the spiritual health, general culture, and strategic direction of the church and its ministries. He is accountable to, and will work in partnership with, the elders creating and implementing strategies that align with the mission, vision, and values of the church. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills in order to work in partnership with the elders, staff, deacons, and volunteers, working as a team to serve the surrounding community and our congregation.
