The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Clinical Nurse Educator will thrive within a nationally respected, Magnet-recognized pediatric setting featuring a Level IV NICU, advanced neonatal transport, high-fidelity simulation labs, AI-enabled clinical decision support, and leading-edge therapies that elevate outcomes for the smallest patients.
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Clinical Nurse Educator will report to a Director of Professional Practice and collaborate closely with the NICU Nurse Manager, Clinical Operations leadership, and the Neonatal Medical Director to sustain top-tier education, clinical competencies, and quality outcomes. The Clinical Nurse Educator will design and deliver orientation and ongoing education, lead NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. initiatives, advance preceptor and charge nurse development, steward evidence-based practice, and drive interprofessional simulation alongside neonatology, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, lactation, rehabilitation, and social services.
