Qualificationsand Desired Skills
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility in the state
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability
- A commitment to student growth and success
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with certified Speech‑Language Pathologists to deliver targeted therapy and support
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct intervention services under supervision, both one‑on‑one and in group settings
- Monitor, document, and report student progress
- Engage with families and educators to support students' speech and language goals
- Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice
