• Process domestic orders and scale all inbound and outbound loads.
• Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Accurately and timely complete all order and shipment documentation.
• Proactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statuses.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and management.
• Work with production personnel to coordinate production and shipments.
• Review invoices from freight vendors.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience required, preferably in a professional and technical working environment.
• 2 + years of office experience required, preferably in a customer service role.
• 1 + years of experience in domestic logistics preferred. Scale operations or international experience highly desirable.

The hourly rate range for this role, in Biola, CA, is between $20.87 - $30. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
