Job Requirements and Duties

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings.

• Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers by car or other transportation.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment, including ovens, conveyor belts, and other store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage areas and the walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, including dough, toppings, and pizza assembly.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain inventory and complete required paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Provide excellent customer service via verbal and written communication.
• Enter monetary transactions accurately and provide correct change.

• Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

• Basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to use a calculator.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills needed to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.
• Ability to fast and accurately enter orders on a computer or touch screen.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities with co‑workers.

• Standing, walking, and occasional short distances while on duty.
• Carrying items up to 50 lbs (e.g., ingredient cases, pizza dough trays).
• Pushing or pulling trays and pallets, using a dolly where required.
• Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Forward bending and stooping at pizza assembly stations and front counter.
• High repetitive hand and arm movements for shaping dough, cutting, and packaging.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering products.
• Temperature extremes inside store ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
• Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler and near hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F).
• Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and sharp edges.
• Near and mid‑range vision required for store tasks, and night vision for driving.
