Senior Analytics Analyst - Logistic Data & Analytics

Summary

Core individual contributor responsible for developing logistics analytics and cloud-based data solutions to support global logistics and supply chain decision-making. Build capabilities for collection, processing, analysis, and predictive modeling of logistics data while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability. Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement analytics tools and serve as the liaison between Global Logistics and other business units; provide off-hours support for EMEA and APAC.

Part-time telecommuting permitted with required in-office presence three days per week.

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects to deliver scalable reporting automation and data-driven insights for logistics operations.
• Design and implement solutions for collection, processing, and integration of logistics data across cloud platforms.
• Develop predictive models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI visualization tools to identify trends and optimize operations.
• Evaluate, recommend, and help deploy cloud-based analytics tools and modern data platform architectures.
• Act as primary liaison between Global Logistics and other business units to align on analytics strategy and initiatives.
• Provide on-call/off-hours support for international regions to ensure reporting uptime and SLA compliance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience driving analytics solution delivery, reporting automation, and influencing business stakeholders.
• At least 3 years hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, and BI visualization platforms such as Qlik Sense, Micro Strategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Minimum 2 years experience with cloud analytical platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), ETL/ELT integration technologies, and modern data platform concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems (WMS), relational databases, ERP systems including SAP, and project management skills.
