Location:

Winston-Salem, NC | Dry Application Plant (DAP)

Pay: $35.33/hr starting base pay + $1.50 shift differential

Quarterly bonus opportunity – up to 4% of annual pay

Shifts Available: 2-2-3 Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, conveyors, and robotics
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance
  • Support preventive maintenance and ensure maximum equipment reliability
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Follow all safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE use
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years industrial maintenance experience required
  • Knowledge of 480V electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime/weekends as needed
