Must be able to perform telephone triage
NC or Compact license pending is acceptable for submittal

Certifications:
BLS
Required clinical skills include:
- Foley catheter insertion (male & female), catheter care and removals
- Phlebotomy
- Medication administration (IM, SQ, oral)
- Oxygen administration via nasal cannula and face mask
- Vital sign monitoring, pain assessment
- Specimen labeling, interpretation of lab results, medication reconciliation
Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient urology clinic setting.
Perform procedures such as cystoscopies, catheter insertions/removals, and medication injections.
Conduct telephone triage and follow-up calls as necessary.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient pain levels.
Communicate patient status changes effectively to medical staff.
Maintain sterile procedures and manage patient documentation using EMR.
Vaccines: COVID-19 vaccine not required;
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
RTO policy:
Initial RTO after booking is not allowed. Auto-approved RTO of up to 7 days (no holidays) with additional conditions.
Orientation: 40 hours of clinic orientation required
Scrubs:
Not provided; color: navy blue
Background checks and drug screens may be required
