Pool Technician​/Helper

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kernersville, NC, for a Pool Technician/Helper. The Pool Technician/Helper will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, cleaning pools, testing and balancing water chemistry, performing minor equipment repairs, and ensuring the safety and functionality of pool equipment. The role requires maintaining up-to-date records of services performed, engaging professionally with clients, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Training on procedures and best practices will be provided to all hires.

• Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical testing, balancing water chemistry, and minor repairs
• Basic technical skills, including the ability to operate and troubleshoot pool equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
• Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks, including lifting and handling pool equipment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
• Prior experience in pool servicing or a related field is a plus, but not required
