In this role, you will be the face of our company, meeting directly with homeowners to evaluate their property needs and deliver reliable, top-tier foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement solutions. This is a 100% straight-commission position tailored for a hungry, self-starting closer who wants their compensation to directly reflect their hard work and talent—the sky is the limit on what you can earn.

Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
