Reach Truck Forklift Driver-1st Shift

Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 1st Shift High Reach Forklift Driver for our client located in Kernersville, NC.

We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. Must have at least 6 months prior experience within the last year operating high reach trucks safely and efficiently while ensuring accuracy in order selection, inventory handling, and overall warehouse operations.

• Safely operate a high reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Load and unload products from trailers, staging areas, and storage racks.
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners.
• Perform put-away of inbound freight into designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including palletizing, wrapping, or labeling products
• Ability to use RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.
• Maintaining the work site clean and organized

• Must have high reach forklift experience for this assignment.
• Excellent attendance
• Cannot be afraid of heights (Comfortable working at heights of 30–50 feet.)
• Frequently grab, lift, carry, stack, and/or move materials and products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally climb up to two flights of 10-inch stairs.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Highly motivated
• Heavy lifting up to 50 LBS.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 10+ hours a day
• Be able to work overtime and weekends
