Learning Systems & Onboarding Specialist

Your Mission

As a Learning Systems & Onboarding Specialist, you'll keep KMM's learning engine running fast and flawlessly- so every new team member launches with confidence and every training record stays audit-ready. You'll partner closely with the Learning Systems & Onboarding Lead to deliver consistent training workflows across locations.

Key responsibilities include

• LMS user setup
• learning-path assignments
• course/version updates
• reporting
• coordinating Day 1 orientation logistics and structured onboarding touchpoints
• supporting compliance-training cycles and AS9100D-aligned documentation
• maintaining onboarding and training materials
• helping deliver onboarding and small-group training sessions

Required qualifications/skills:

• LMS administration experience (accounts, assignments, reporting)
• Training/onboarding coordination experience
• Maintenance of training materials (slides, guides, modules)
• Comfort supporting compliance cycles and structured documentation
• Cross-department collaboration and strong Microsoft Office/system literacy

Your morning kicks off with a quick check of the LMS dashboard and inbox- spotting what's due, what's complete, and what needs a fast fix. You'll sync with HR and site contacts to confirm who's arriving, what rooms are set, and which materials are current. Midday is all about momentum: answering "how do I access this?" questions, pulling clean snapshots for leaders, and keeping files organized so nothing slips.

In the afternoon, you'll touch base with stakeholders, tighten up a few content edits, and wrap the day knowing tomorrow's onboarding wave is ready to take off.
