HEB Grocery Stores - - Responsibilities:
Process prescriptions and input patient information into the computer system; process third-party prescriptions; manage adjudication review;
Maintain inventory; review warehouse and DSD orders; check deliveries for accuracy; notify vendor of discrepancies;
Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and perform calibration/maintenance;
Ensure privacy/confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) per HIPAA; ensure procedures for prescription delivery to patient;
Assist with pharmacy operations-related tasks and support events such as Rx screening and immunization scheduling
