As a Cable and Harness Operator, you’ll help build the wire‑and‑cable harness assemblies that keep aviation systems performing at their best. This entry‑level, onsite role exists to turn detailed work instructions into dependable, flight‑ready hardware—safely, accurately, and on pace.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, test, and inspect harnesses.
- Work with hand tools and basic equipment.

You’ll clock in onsite in Kerrville and work in a focused, upbeat production space where the pace is steady and standards are high. Your day flows from one build packet to the next, with quick check‑ins, clean work areas, and quality gates that keep everything on track. Expect a Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour rhythm with optional overtime when production ramps up.

Salary: $17.13 – $20.00 per hour
