Your Mission
As a Cable and Harness Operator, you’ll help build the wire-and-cable harness assemblies that keep aviation systems performing at their best. This entry-level, onsite role exists to turn detailed work instructions into dependable, flight-ready hardware—safely, accurately, and on pace.
Key responsibilities include assembling, testing, and inspecting harnesses; using hand tools and basic equipment; following documented processes and quality checks; and partnering with teammates to spot issues and support smart improvements.
