The Home Care RN performs admission of patients, recertification’s, resumption of care, supervisory and routine visits. The RN implements the plan of care for patients. Attends Case Conferences and Weekend Reports. Performs and documents OASIS data sets. The RN provides care needed as described in departmental policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required EducationValid RN License
Preferred EducationBachelors Degree in Nursing
Required Technical SkillsCurrent American Heart Association CPR Certificate, Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
Required ExperienceMinimal 1 year in medical setting
Preferred Experience1-5 years home health experience
Required Licensure /Registration /CertificationValid RN License in State of Texas
