Key Responsibilities of the Landscaper:

* Ensures Managed Care Lawns are maintained, including weed eating, edging, mowing, and blowing hard surface areas.

* Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.

* Ensures clubhouse, pool, fitness center and tennis courts are clean and inviting to membership.

* Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.

* Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.

* Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.

* Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.

* Maintains landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.

* Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the clubhouse.

* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

* Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Landscaper:

* Prior landscaping experience required.

* Must be self-starter and willing to work independently.

* Must have a valid Driver's License.

* Regular and reliable attendance.

* Must be available to work weekends
