Description

The main duties of this position are to greet and assist guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise.

This opportunity is open at our Retail Store and Visitor's Center in Kerrville, TX. What You Will Be Doing
  • Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues.
  • Enter guest data and sales data into POS accurately and obtain proper signatures.
  • Present jewelry from stock to guests and replace items in correct areas when a sale is completed.
  • Repair, polish or solder jewelry.
  • Utilize the GUESTS program when interacting with guests on the sales floor or by phone and when handling guest‑owned jewelry.
  • Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information using in‑store tools and training.
  • Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
  • Achieve established individual key performance metrics.
  • Assist store management in achieving store key performance indicator metrics and meeting company standards in overall store presentation.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Attend all required meetings.
  • Consistently demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and high organizational skill.
  • Be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Strong problem diagnosis skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contributes to a positive team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail sales or guest service experience.
