Employee will support stores in Kerrville, TX;
Fredericksburg, TX.

We are seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

• Elevate the in‑store experience, creating a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPI while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Monitor competition, advertising, and services offered by competitors and leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.

Competitive pay range of $68,000—$83,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
