Maintenance Technician - Kerrville, Texas About the role
- We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to help us deliver an exceptional resident experience from day one.
- Complete punch walks and make-ready work to perfection
- Respond quickly and professionally to service requests
- Handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
- Maintain the property’s exterior, amenities, and shared spaces
- Communicate clearly with residents and team members
- Take part in the on‑call rotation
- Take pride in every home, hallway, and detail
- Experience in apartment maintenance or related fields preferred
- HVAC certification is a plus
- EPA certification is a plus
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to respond to after‑hours needs
- A positive, team‑first attitude and commitment to excellent service
