Concrete Form Setter​/Finisher

As a Concrete Form Setter/Finisher, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team working on a variety of commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and contribute to high-quality construction projects.

• Set, align, and secure forms for concrete placement on commercial projects including slabs, curbs, roads, walls, and sidewalks
• Install rebar and other reinforcements as required
• Pour, screed, and finish concrete to specified textures and grades
• Cut expansion joints using power saws
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after concrete placement
• Complete moldings and surface finishes using hand and power tools
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team, following directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed (per diem provided)

• Experience in concrete formwork, rebar setting, pouring, screeding, and finishing
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Operator experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required

$21/hr – $25/hr based on experience and qualifications.
