Hill Country Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (HCTC) is hiring a full-time Outside Plant Installation & Repair Technician. This role involves installing and maintaining CPE, LANs, and fiber networks to keep customers connected.
The technician will troubleshoot copper and fiber, service NID/ONT devices, and work with batteries and rectifiers in telecom cabinets. Applicants should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of telecom test equipment, and basic electrical/fiber knowledge.
